My Tips For Losing Weight After Becoming A Mom

IMG_20150620_133042A few days back, a friend looked at this Whatsapp display pic of mine and asked,

“How are you so slim?

How did you get here?

Give me some tips too!”

I read her messages and  started pondering over it.

Surprisingly, I was at typing out the reply, the very next moment and here’s what I wrote:

“Eat like you’ll miss a flight if you don’t finish in the next two minutes.

Sleep like you have to get up the next moment, or better – don’t sleep at all!

Work whole day like work’s always increasing exponentially.

And, while you do all this, make sure you make yourself half-dead!

Simple! Sure shot weight loss in a month!”

Needless to write what she replied as a reply to my reply! 😀

But, later I realized that I forgot to give her the most important tip of all :

Have a “toddler” at home!
